Quality customer service should be a pillar of every business. Unfortunately, we all know that this is not the case. We have all witnessed varying levels of customer service in our day to day lives. We all have opinions as to what is an acceptable level of service. Here at Wirefr3, customer service HAS to be of the highest standard. It is off the back of this that the business has been able to grow. We don’t just talk customer service – we really do live it!
A great example of our service standards occurred just this Sunday. Whilst our main trading hours are Monday to Friday, we ensure that our clients have an out of office contact number incase they require our services. On this given Sunday, one of our clients lost one of their radios. Needing both the radio and peace of mind, our client made a call to report the loss and see if we could help. Within 3 minutes they had a response from a person – not automated! Within 45 minutes, one of the team had utilised the relevant systems and software and was able to locate the clients radio. Needless to say, the client was over the moon. They were blown away that we were able to provide a solution – especially on a Sunday afternoon!
