DP405 – a radio for FM

We are delighted to be providing a fleet of the Kirisun DP405 two-way radios to a new Facility Management (FM) client.

Their original enquiry related to a licence free radio, with cost at the forefront of their mind.  However, rather than simply processing the order, we had some more in-depth discussions on their requirements, past experiences and their current location.

We established that at their location, there were other radio users using licence free radios.  The client had previous issues with range and interference.  They needed good battery life for long shifts.  They needed  to demonstrate a degree of security on their radio transmissions.  With some lone working, emergency features on the radio would assist them and they needed a two-way radio solution that wasn’t going to break the bank!

Taking this into account, the option presented was the Kirisun DP405.  The DP405 is a professional, licensed two-way radio.  This radio will deliver clear radio communication, without the frustration of interference and other users communicating on the same channel.

Working with the client, we arranged a trial of the radios so that they could see how the radios performed in a live situation.  After a week, the feedback was hugely positive with the DP405 delivering on all aspects.  As a result, we are delighted that the new client is deploying the fleet of DP405 two-way radios this month.
