Motorola TLK100 provides vital comms to The Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine

We are delighted to bring Motorola WAVE PTX™ to The Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine.  The hospital will be using the Motorola WAVE PTX™ platform with the TLK100 radio for vital comms throughout the hospital.

Communication within the hospital is vital if it is to operate effectively and efficiently.  Motorola WAVE PTX™ brings together key personnel, allowing them to communicate effectively for the benefit of their patients.

Motorola WAVE PTX™ offers a variety of devices across its platform.  For its simplicity, value and design features, the hospital opted for the TLK100.

TLK100

The TlK100 is an easy to use, rugged radio.  The TLK100 can withstand everyday knocks and drops and is favoured by medical staff, porters, security and facility management.  The TLK100 has a sleek design and is lightweight so is easy to handle.  With Europe-wide 3G/4G network coverage and Wi-Fi connectivity, the need for costly two-way radio infrastructure is in the past.  The radio will seamlessly roam between networks, picking the strongest signal and allowing you to communicate.  With this wide area coverage, it allows users to communicate with others who are attending other hospital sites.  The programming of the TLK100 is simple and easy to implement.  The users can have access to groups across the wider trust in addition to their own closed group.  Users can also make private calls from their programmed list of contacts.

Motorola WAVE PTX™ is a network independent multimedia communication subscription service that instantly connects your team at the push of a button.
