The Motorola WAVE PTX TLK100 is a reliable and rugged radio that will withstand knocks and drops. However, sometimes things don’t go to plan and your TLK100 can get damaged.  To counter these eventualities,  there are various service and warranty TLK100 plans available.

The WAVE TLK100 radio includes 12 months cover for hardware manufacturing defects as standard.  The WAVE subscription provides software updates and access to Motorola Solutions technical support for the duration for your subscription. That means your device will always have the latest version software. You’ll also be able to call on expert resources for troubleshooting and maintenance help.

In addition to the standard twelve months manufacturers warranty, Wirefr3 are able to offer the following additional service and warranty agreements for peace of mind and minimising downtime:

• Hardware manufacturer repair by Motorola – three year.
• Three year hardware manufacturer repair but with accidental damage included.
• Three year hardware manufacturer repair but with Wirefr3 next day swap out, collection & return delivery included for total peace of mind.
